摘要
基于上海申康医院发展中心搭建的医疗质量安全信息监管平台,对市级医院抗菌药物使用进行统筹管理,监测指标包括限定日剂量、累计限定日剂量数和抗菌药物使用强度等,实现了对辖属 37 家市级医院抗菌药物使用的信息化监管,使抗菌药物使用强度下降,提升了市级医院抗菌药物规范化管理水平.
Abstract
Based on the medical quality and safety information supervision platform of Shanghai Hospital Develop-ment Center,the use of antibiotics in municipal hospitals was overall supervised.The monitoring indicators included de-fined daily doses,DDDs and antibiotics use density.It realized the information management of the use of antibiotics in 37 municipal hospitals,reduced antibiotics use density,and improved the standardized management of antibiotics in munici-pal hospitals.
