摘要
准确采集非计划再次手术数据,能够促进非计划再次手术规范化管理.上海申康医院发展中心通过建立统一的医疗质量安全信息监管平台,确定非计划再次手术规则库和非计划再次手术分类原因,利用平台采集辖属 37家市级医院相关数据,结合大数据分析和人工筛选,确保了数据准确性.还需与电子病历等系统对接,实现数据的自动判定与挖掘,以达到预警高风险手术与优化手术流程的目标.
Abstract
The accurate collection of unplanned reoperation data can promote the standardized management of un-planned reoperation.By establishing a unified medical quality and safety supervision platform,Shanghai Hospital Devel-opment Center determined the rule base of unplanned reoperation and the classification of reasons for unplanned reopera-tion,collected relevant data of 37 municipal hospitals using the platform,combined with big data analysis and manual screening,and ensured the accuracy of the data.It also needed to be connected with electronic medical records and other systems to realize automatic determination and mining of data,so as to achieve the goal of warning high-risk surgery and optimizing surgical process.
