摘要
目的 构建天津市医学重点学科绩效评价指标体系.方法 应用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定指标体系及权重.结果 最终构建了包含 6 个一级指标、15 个二级指标、40 个三级指标的指标体系.两轮函询专家积极系数均为 100%,第二轮函询专家权威系数为 0.894,两轮函询Kendall's W系数分别为 0.175 和 0.306(P<0.05).学科管理、人才梯队、学科辐射能力和影响力、学科专业技术、医疗卫生服务能力、科技优势及教学能力等 6 个一级指标权重依次为0.140、0.174、0.126、0.227、0.172、0.161.结论 构建的指标体系具有一定科学性和实用性,能够评价医疗机构的医学重点学科建设水平.
Abstract
Objective To construct the performance evaluation index system of key medical disciplines in Tianjin.Methods Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process were used to determine the index system and weight.Results An index system consisting of 6 first-level indexes,15 second-level indexes and 40 third-level indexes was estab-lished.The positive coefficient of the two rounds of correspondence consultation was 100%,the expert authority coeffi-cient of the second round was 0.894,and the Kendall's W coefficient of the two rounds was 0.175 and 0.306,respectively(P<0.05).The weights of six first-level indicators,namely discipline management,talent echelon,discipline radiation ability and influence,discipline professional technology,medical and health service ability,scientific and technological advantage and teaching ability,were 0.140,0.174,0.126,0.227,0.172 and 0.161,respectively.Conclusion The in-dex system is scientific and applicable,and can evaluate the construction level of medical key disciplines in medical insti-tutions.
