摘要
跌倒预防是医疗安全不良事件管理的重点,是《进一步改善护理服务行动计划(2023-2025 年)》的要求.以团体标准和证据总结为理论基础,以指标管理为抓手,以护理程序为功能模块架构,研发住院患者跌倒预防护理决策支持系统,实现了跌倒风险结构化评估、护理诊断和护理计划智能推荐、护理措施自动匹配,这种智能辅助决策降低了住院患者跌倒发生率.
Abstract
Fall prevention is the focus of medical safety adverse event management and is required by the"Action Plan for Further Improvement of Nursing Services(2023-2025)".With group standards and evidence summary as the theoretical basis,index management as the grasp,and nursing procedures as the functional module architecture,the nursing decision support sys-tem for fall prevention of inpatients was developed.The system realizes the structured assessment of fall risk,intelligent recom-mendation of nursing diagnosis and nursing plan,and automatic matching of nursing measures,which can make intelligent auxil-iary decisions for clinical nursing work.The incidence of fall in hospitalized patients was reduced.
