摘要
目的 探索医疗技术创新驱动学科发展的有效实践.方法 以某大型三级甲等医院为样本医院,综合运用质量工具展开研究.结果 基于医院视角分析制约医疗技术创新的主要原因,提出加强医疗技术临床应用管理、建设技术协作创新孵化平台、组建高新技术诊疗团队、完善医疗技术保障机制等具体举措,推动医疗技术不断创新发展.结论 样本医院从组织管理、平台建设、人才团队、保障机制四个方面,采取有效措施推动医疗技术创新,促进医疗技术能力和水平提升,助推医院学科进阶发展.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effective practice of medical technology innovation driving discipline develop-ment.Methods Taking a large tertiary hospital as a sample hospital,the research was carried out by using quality tools.Results By analyzing the main reasons restricting the innovation of medical technology from the perspective of hospital,specific measures were put forward to promote the continuous innovation and development of medical technolo-gy,such as strengthening the management of clinical application of medical technology,establishing an innovation incu-bation platform for medical technology collaboration,forming a high-tech diagnosis and treatment team,and improving the guarantee mechanism of medical technology.Conclusion The sample hospital took effective measures to promote medical technology innovation from four aspects:organization and management,platform construction,talent team and guarantee mechanism,to enhance the capacity and level of medical technology,and to boost the progressive development of hospital discipline.
