摘要
围手术期全流程管理是保障手术质量与安全的重要手段.通过利用医院业务系统中医疗信息数据,建立包含风险预警、闭环管理、质控管理、运营管理等的围手术期预警平台,实现了手术越级管理、术前术中风险预警、语音手术安全核查、围手术期VTE风险管理和质量评价等,围手术期运行质量明显改善.
Abstract
Perioperative process management is an important means to ensure the quality and safety of surgery.Through the use of medical information data in the hospital business system,a perioperative early warning platform in-cluding risk early warning,closed-loop management,quality control management and operation management was es-tablished to realize the functions of surgical leapfrog management,preoperative and intraoperative risk early warning,voice surgery safety verification,perioperative VTE risk management and quality evaluation,and the perioperative opera-tion quality was significantly improved.
