Objective To improve the re-perfusion treatment rate of acute cerebral infarction.Methods In response to the low rate of re-perfusion treatment in patients with acute cerebral infarction,a quality control circle group was established to make con-tinuous improvement from the integration of prehospital screening and education,multi-disciplinary collaboration and enhanced train-ing,and optimization of green channels by analyzing the causes and drawing up countermeasures.Results The re-perfusion treat-ment rate of patients with acute cerebral infarction was improved from 26.1%to 40.8%.Conclusion The activities of quality control circle can effectively improve the ability of stroke treatment and re-perfusion treatment rate of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and ensure the safety of patients.
