公立医院一院多区管理的路径探析

摘要
单体多院区办院模式是公立医院探索高质量发展的重要渠道,本研究在系统梳理一院多区的概念、分类、发展脉络等内容后,参考SPO模型从结构、过程、结果三个维度全面剖析一院多区医院管理实践.样本医院通过在结构层面上设计适宜组织架构与统一资源管理,在过程层面上完善运行机制及关键要素管理路径,在结果层面上使一院多区形成了合理布局,破除了院区壁垒,达成医疗同质.同时,从高质量发展的"五个新"出发进行前瞻性分析,发现重点难点问题并给出针对性建议.
Abstract
One hospital with multi-district management mode is an important channel for public hospitals to ex-plore high-quality development.After systematically sorting out the concept,classification and development context of one-hospital with multi-district,this study comprehensively analyzed the management practice of one-hospital with multi-district from three dimensions of structure,process and result by referring to SPO model.By designing appropri-ate organizational structure and unified resource management at the structural level,improving the operation mechanism and key factor management path at the process level,and making a reasonable layout of one-hospital with multi-dis-trict at the result level,the barriers of hospitals and districts were broken and medical homogeneity was achieved.Fur-thermore,from the"five-new"of high-quality development,the study conducted a prospective analysis,found the key and difficult problems and gave targeted suggestions.
