摘要
目的 总结国际长期护理服务机构质量指标,为完善我国长期护理服务机构质量评价与监管机制提供参考.方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普数据库中相关文献.结果 基于不同使用目的,美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、瑞典已使用成熟的质量指标.但我国由于长期护理保险制度起步较晚,尚缺乏统一的质量指标,长期护理服务机构质量监管有待进一步加强.结论 借鉴国际经验,系统开发兼顾主观和客观的长期护理服务机构质量指标,同时要加强质量指标方法学评价.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the quality indicators of international long-term care service institutions,and pro-vide reference for improving the quality evaluation and supervision of long-term care service institutions in China.Methods Relevant literatures were searched in PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.Results Based on dif-ferent use purposes,each of the United States,Canada,Australia,and Sweden has the national use of mature quality indica-tors.However,due to the late start of long-term care insurance system in China,there is still a lack of unified quality indica-tors,and the quality supervision of long-term care service institutions needs to be further strengthened.Conclusion Based on the international experience,the quality indicators of long-term care service institutions in China should be developed sys-tematically.The quality index should be both subjective and objective,and the evaluation of the quality index methodology should be strengthened.
