Duty and shift change system is one of the core systems of medical quality and safety,and it is the core system guarantee of perioperative quality and safety.In view of the existing problems in the duty and shift change system of day surgery,combined with the experience of ambulatory surgery,this paper proposes to define the starting and end-ing range of the diagnosis and treatment process of ambulatory surgery,explore the establishment of the duty and shift change system of ambulatory surgery outside the hospital stage,ensure that relevant medical personnel participate in the duty and shift,optimize the substantive connotation and realization form of the duty and shift change system under the day surgery mode,and improve the form and content of medical records of ambulatory surgery on duty and shift,so as to ensure the medical quality and safety of ambulatory surgery.
