摘要
本研究梳理五部不同年份不同版本的医院评审标准发现,14个关键词出现的频次从多到少排序基本一致,依次是管理、制度、质量、安全、流程、服务、培训、风险、持续改进、机制、数据、文化、绩效、以患者为中心等.结合这五部标准内容的分析,可以了解到医院评审标准的内在规律性以及细微差异,通过学习这些标准也看到医院管理改进的重点.
Abstract
This study sorted out five different versions of hospital evaluation criteria issued in different years and found that the frequency of 14 keywords was basically the same from most to least,in order of management,system,quality,safety,process,service,training,risk,continuous improvement,mechanism,data,culture,performance,and patient-centered.Combining the analysis of these five standards,we can understand the regularity and some subtle differences of the content of hospital evaluation criteria.Through learning these standards,we can also see the focus of hospital management and improvement.
