摘要
目的 构建适用于共用研究型病房的绩效考核指标体系.方法 采用文献研究法并参考相关政策,初步构建体系框架.邀请18名相关领域专家进行两轮咨询,综合咨询结果遴选指标,并采用层次分析法计算指标权重.结果 构建了包含4个一级指标、9个二级指标、32个三级指标的共用研究型病房绩效考核指标体系.两轮咨询专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.85,第二轮咨询一、二、三级指标kendall's W系数分别为0.649、0.503、0.409(P均<0.001).临床研究能力、医疗服务能力、运营管理、社会评价4个一级指标权重分别为0.390 5、0.276 1、0.195 3、0.138 1.结论 构建的共用研究型病房绩效考核指标体系具有一定科学性,可从临床科研能力和病房医疗能力两方面对研究型病房运行情况进行科学评价.
Abstract
Objective To establish a performance appraisal index system suitable for shared research ward.Methods The system framework was established by literature research and related policies.18 experts in related fields were invited to conduct two rounds,comprehensively evaluate the selection indicators,and calculate the weight of the in-dicators using analytic hierarchy process.Results The performance appraisal index system of shared research ward was established,which included 4 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators and 32 third-level indicators.The positive coefficient of the two rounds of consulting experts was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.85,and the kendall's W coefficients of the first,second and third level indicators in the second round were 0.649,0.503 and 0.409,respectively(P<0.001).The weights of clinical research ability,medical service ability,operation management and social evaluation were 0.390 5,0.276 1,0.195 3 and 0.138 1,respectively.Conclusion The performance appraisal index system of shared research ward constructed is scientific,which can scientifically evaluate the operation of research ward from two aspects of clinical research ability and ward medical ability.
