摘要
闭环管理是医疗器械精细化管理的内涵要求.通过无线物联网技术,结合现有内镜影像信息系统,构建总院与分院一体化软式内镜闭环管理系统,实现软式内镜使用前、中、后闭环管理,洗、消、用记录可追溯.运用SE-RVQUAL模型评价系统服务质量,有利于明确用户需求,持续改进系统功能,确保软式内镜使用安全.
Abstract
Closed-loop management is the connotation requirement of refined management of medical devices.Through wireless Internet of Things technology,combined with the endoscopic image information system,an integrated flexible endoscopic closed-loop management system was built between the general hospital and the branch hospital to implement the closed-loop management of the flexible endoscope before,during and after use,and trace the records of the washing,disinfection and use.The service quality of the system was evaluated based on the SERVQUAL model,which was conducive to clarifying users'needs,continuously improving system functions,and ensuring the safe use of flexible endoscope.
