摘要
目的 提高急救设备使用率.方法 针对急救设备使用率低的现状,成立品管圈小组,通过解析原因、拟订对策,从搭建急救设备共享平台,集中管理,统一调配,建立5G急救定位系统,建立预防性维护保养机制,开展多元化、全面化督导培训等4个方面进行持续改进.结果 急救设备使用率从62.95%提升至98.14%.结论 通过开展品管圈活动,有效避免了急救设备资源浪费,促进了急救设备高效利用.
Abstract
Objective To increase the utilization rate of first-aid equipment.Methods In view of the low utilization rate of first-aid equipment,a quality control circle team was established to analyze the reasons and formulate countermeasures,and to build a sharing platform for first-aid equipment,centralized management and unified deployment,to establish a 5G first-aid positioning sys-tem,to establish preventive maintenance mechanism,to carry out diversified and comprehensive supervision training.Results The u-tilization rate of first-aid equipment increased from 62.95%to 98.14%.Conclusion The quality control circle activity has effective-ly avoided the waste of first aid equipment resources and promoted the efficient use of first-aid equipment.
