高质量发展视域下公立医院党支部建设的实践探索

摘要
在"健康中国战略"新时代背景下,为不断拓宽公立医院党支部建设工作思路,推动党建与业务深度融合,以党支部工作成效推动公立医院高质量发展,武汉大学中南医院积极探索党支部建设实践路径,从标准、特色和示范建设角度,大力实施"五好党支部""一支部一特色"和"示范品牌"三项建设工程,形成了"五个一"党支部标准化、规范化建设体系,打造了一系列独具特色的党支部示范品牌,有效推动了党建与业务互融互促,实现高质量党建引领高质量发展.
Abstract
In the context of the"Healthy China Strategy",in order to continuously broaden the ideas of Party branch con-struction in public hospitals,promote the deep integration of Party building and business,and promote the high quality develop-ment of public hospitals through the effectiveness of Party branch work,Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University actively ex-plores the practical path of Party branch construction,and vigorously implements the three construction projects of"Five Good Party Branch","One Branch with One Feature",and"Demonstration Brand"from the perspectives of standards,characteris-tics,and demonstration construction.It has formed the"Five Ones"Party branch standardization and standardization construc-tion system,created a series of unique Party branch demonstration brands,effectively promoted the integration and mutual pro-motion of Party building and business,and achieved high quality Party building leading high quality development.
