目的 基于诊疗中心一体化建设,探索门诊服务模式创新,改善患者就医体验.方法 围绕单一疾病或症候群,将门诊、检查、治疗全诊疗流程进行一站式融合,通过医、技、护、管一体化的"院中院"管理模式,提供以疾病为中心的"一站式服务".结果 诊疗中心一体化模式可缩短患者排队和院内滞留时间,减少无序流动,提升患者满意度.结论 基于诊疗中心一体化建设的门诊流程再造模式,可有效整合优势学科资源,提高医疗服务质量,改善患者就医体验.
Objective To explore the innovation of outpatient service mode based on the construction of the integrated di-agnosis and treatment center,so as to improve the patients'medical experience.Methods Focusing on a single disease or symptom group,the whole diagnosis and treatment process of outpatient,examination and treatment was integrated in one-stop mode,and the disease-centered"one-stop service"was realized through the integrated"hospital in hospital"management mode,encompassing medical treatment,technology,nursing,and management.Results The integrated mode of diagnosis and treatment center can shorten the queuing and in-hospital residence time of patients,reduce disorderly flow,and improve patient satisfaction.Conclusion The outpatient process reengineering mode based on the integrated construction of diagnosis and treatment center can effectively integrate the resources of advantageous disciplines,improve the quality of medical service,and improve the patients'medical experience.
