Research on the Improvement Path of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medical Resources Allocation Efficiency in China Based on the Con-figuration Perspective
Objective To explore the path of improving the efficiency of medical resource allocation in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)medical institutions in China.Methods The data envelopment analysis method was used to measure the allocation efficiency of TCM medical resources in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities di-rectly under the central government)in China in 2021,and the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis method was used to explore the path configuration of efficient allocation of TCM medical resources.Results In 2021,the alloca-tion efficiency of TCM medical resources in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the cen-tral government)in China was not high,and the gap between provinces and cities was large.There are three promotion paths:government-led driving path,balanced driving path and economic driving path.Conclusion Based on the ac-tual development of the region,medical institutions can select the optimal path for the efficient allocation of TCM medical resources.The remote areas of the western region can selecte the government-led driving path.The central region and some eastern provinces and cities with good economic development level can select the balanced driving path.Some eco-nomically developed provinces and cities in the eastern coastal areas can select the economic driving path.
