摘要

目的 调查陕西省血液净化从业护士对中心静脉导管相关血流感染预防知信行现状,分析影响因素,为相关防控工作开展提供参考.方法 采用便利抽样法,于2023年12月-2024年1月对陕西省二、三级医院血液净化从业护士进行问卷调查.利用逐步多元线性回归分析影响因素.结果 共回收有效问卷832份.血液净化从业护士知信行总分、知识维度、信念维度、行为维度得分分别为(104.59±12.99)分、(15.47±1.97)分、(45.52±5.78)分、(43.61±10.23)分.医院等级是知识维度、信念维度和知信行总体的影响因素(P<0.05),所在科室、是否参加过相关防控培训是行为维度的影响因素(P<0.05),是否参加过相关防控培训、医院相关部门是否定期督导和检查是知信行总体的影响因素(P<0.05).结论 陕西省血液净化从业护士中心静脉导管相关血流感染预防的态度和行为积极,但知识水平有待提升.医院应加强培训,尤其是二级医院和ICU.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the status quo of knowledge,attitude and practice of nurses in blood purifica-tion industry in Shaanxi Province on the prevention of central venous catheter-related bloodstream infection,analyze the influencing factors,and provide reference for relevant prevention and control work.Methods From December 2023 to January 2024,a questionnaire survey was conducted among nurses engaged in blood purification in secondary and tertiary hospitals in Shaanxi Province by convenience sampling method.Stepwise multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.Results A total of 832 valid questionnaires were collected.The total score,knowledge dimen-sion,belief dimension and behavior dimension scores of nurses engaged in blood purification were(104.59±12.99)points,(15.47±1.97)points,(45.52±5.78)points and(43.61±10.23)points respectively.Hospital level was the influencing factor of knowledge dimension,belief dimension and knowledge-attitude-practice(P<0.05).Department and whether or not to participate in relevant training were the influencing factors of behavior dimension(P<0.05).Whether or not to participate in relevant prevention and control measures training and whether or not to regu-larly supervise the relevant departments of the hospital were the influencing factors of knowledge-attitude-practice(P<0.05).Conclusion The attitude and behavior of central venous catheter-related bloodstream infection prevention among blood purification nurses in Shaanxi Province are positive,but the knowledge level needs to be improved.Hospi-tals should strengthen training,especially secondary hospitals and ICU.
