With the increasing incidence of various acute and chronic wounds,it is urgent to construct a standardized wound nursing management mode.Based on the needs of patients wound specialty nursing,one hospital takes wound specialist nurse as the leading factor,and constructed a whole-process wound nursing path from the two dimensions of"external-internal collaboration"and"horizontal-vertical collaboration",which provided patients with"inpatient-wound nursing clinic-specialist alliance hospital-family"four-in-one wound continuity nursing,enhanced the quality of specialist nursing,and improved the satisfaction of clinicians and patients.
