摘要

目的 调查河北省二级医疗机构输血科(血库)建设持续改进效果.方法 选取全省35家二级医疗机构输血科(血库)作为调查对象,依据《河北省二级医疗机构输血科建设和管理评价标准》,于2021年7月、2022年8月分别进行调研,比较督导效果.结果 经过督导,河北省二级医疗机构输血科(血库)设置、房屋设施、人力资源管理、仪器设备、质量管理体系、血液库存管理、输血相容性检测2022年显著优于2021年,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而清洁消毒、血液发放管理、信息管理系统、室内质控和室间质评2022年与2021年比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 河北省二级医疗机构输血科(血库)建设持续改进取得了明显成效,但在清洁消毒、信息管理系统、室内质控和室间质评等方面仍需进一步改进.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the continuous improvement effect of the construction of blood transfusion de-partment(blood bank)in secondary medical institutions in Hebei Province.Methods The blood transfusion depart-ments(blood banks)of 35 secondary medical institutions in the Hebei Province were selected as the survey objects.Ac-cording to the"Evaluation Criteria for the Construction and Management of Blood Transfusion Department in Secondary Medical Institutions in Hebei Province",the investigation was conducted in July 2021 and August 2022,and the supervi-sion effect was compared.Results After supervision,the setting of blood transfusion department(blood bank),housing facilities,human resource management,equipment,quality management system,blood inventory management and blood transfusion compatibility test in secondary medical institutions in Hebei Province in 2022 were significantly bet-ter than those in 2021,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cleaning and disinfection,blood distribution management,information management system,internal quality control and external quality assessment between 2022 and 2021(P>0.05).Conclusion The continuous improvement of the construction of blood transfusion department(blood bank)in secondary medical institutions in Hebei Province has a-chieved remarkable results,but it still needs further improvement in cleaning and disinfection,information management system,internal quality control and external quality assessment.
