This paper summarized the difficulties and current situation of the education and management of mobile Party member in the construction of national regional medical center.By drawing on the experience of the management of mobile Party member in relatively mature universities and state-owned enterprises,and combining with the specific practices of establishing mobile Party members'Party branches in case hospitals,this paper explored the management mode and mechanism of mobile Party member in national regional medical center,including setting up an organizational structure,improving the organizational mechanism,innovating the management mode,establishing an assessment mechanism,and paying attention to brand building.
