Intelligent health management is an important part of hospital intelligent transformation. Aiming at the problems of imperfect digital platform,incomplete data acquisition and non-uniform implementation standards in health management,a comprehensive medical digital ecosystem platform integrating multi-source health data was construc-ted. The application of the platform has provided a closed-loop mode of health management,released the huge market of health management,improved the quality and efficiency of health management service,and improved the effective in-tervention rate of chronic disease management. It is suggested that health management data should be applied to the re-search of health management discipline construction,special disease diagnosis and treatment research,model disease pre-diction,AI technology assistance and other aspects in the later stage.
