摘要
目的 探讨基于价值医疗理念的公立医院DRG运营管理策略对医院运营的影响.方法 采用类实验研究方法,从病案质量、服务产能、服务效率、医疗质量与安全、满意度以及经济性6个维度,对医院综合管理成效进行深入评价与分析.结果 实施基于价值医疗理念的公立医院DRG运营管理策略后,医院的各项评价指标均有显著改善.在临床科室层面,CMI值增长,平均住院日、费用消耗指数、时间消耗指数、死亡率均有所下降,且次均费用在合理范围内波动.结论 基于价值医疗理念的公立医院DRG运营管理策略能够有效提升医疗服务综合绩效,实现提质、降本、增效,为患者提供具有价值的医疗服务.
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of DRG operation management strategy of public hospital based on value medical care concept on the operation of hospitals. Methods The quasi-experimental research method was used to evaluate the effectiveness of hospital comprehensive management from six dimensions of medical record quality,serv-ice capacity,service efficiency,medical quality and safety,satisfaction and economy. Results After the implementa-tion of the DRG operation management strategy of public hospital based on the value medical care concept,the evaluation indicators of the hospital have been significantly improved.At the clinical department level,the CMI value increased,the average length of stay,cost consumption index,time consumption index,mortality rate decreased,and the average cost per time remained within a reasonable range. Conclusion The DRG operation management strategy of public hospital based on the value medical care concept can effectively improve the comprehensive performance of medical services,a-chieve quality improvement,cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and provide valuable medical services for pa-tients.
