Objective To understand the current status of multi-disciplinary treatment (MDT) of lung cancer in China, and to provide reference for further promoting the MDT mode of lung cancer and optimizing the quality of medical services. Methods Through the form of electronic questionnaire,a questionnaire survey was conducted on hospitals that treated lung cancer patients in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities). The SPSS 27.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results 78.3% of the 887 questionnaires conducted MDT for lung cancer accounted for less than 50% of the annual diagnosis and treatment of MDT. Most lung cancer MDT were carried out at a fixed time and the frequency of MDT in the past six months was mainly once or twice a month. The duration of single MDT tended to be between 11min and 30min. 36% of the respondents only followed up some MDT patients, and only 34.6% of the MDT program implementation rate was higher than 75%. At the cognitive level,88.1% of the respondents believed that the development of lung cancer MDT was feasible and effective, but it was still difficult to coordinate team time, lack of adequate administrative support and limited incentives. Conclusion MDT for lung cancer is relatively common in China, but the implementation rate is still not high, and the implementation and follow-up of MDT for lung cancer need to be strengthened. In the future, the state should further improve the support policy for MDT,medical institutions should do a good job in system construction and operation guarantee, enhance MDT information construction, and im-prove the quality of medical services.
