By constructing a multi-department collaboration mechanism,an intelligent management workflow was formed to realize multi-system data fusion in hospitals,extract equipment-related data in real time,and form a nor-malized monitoring mechanism for equipment benefits. The intelligent evaluation model was used to evaluate the com-prehensive benefits of equipment and incorporate performance appraisal to achieve full-cycle and lean management of medical equipment. Through practice,the operation efficiency of hospital medical equipment has been significantly im-proved,the return on investment of medical equipment has increased by 18％,and patient satisfaction has increased from 86.5 points to 90.1 points. Through the intelligent benefit evaluation of equipment,it can promote the rational al-location of hospital equipment assets,improve the lean management level of hospital equipment,and provide reference experience for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
