Objective To improve the efficiency of hemodialysis monitoring and reduce the incidence of adverse e-vents in hemodialysis. Methods The problem-solving quality control circle activities were carried out. Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of nurse monitoring during hemodialysis,through the current situation inspection,cause anal-ysis and formulation of countermeasures,the establishment of a two-level supervision system,the development of in-telligent small program,the establishment of a "3+4E" risk assessment mode,and the construction of an intervention-al health management mode based on Omaha theory were improved. Results The effective rate of hemodialysis moni-toring increased from 81.5％ to 95.2％. Conclusion Carrying out quality control circle activities can improve the ef-ficiency of hemodialysis monitoring,so as to ensure the safety of patients.
