Research on Enhancing the Quality of Mass Work by Grassroots Party Organizations in Branch Districts of Public Hospitals under the "a Hospital with Multi-Districts"
Objective To explore the quality improvement path of grassroots Party organizations' mass work in hos-pital branch of public hospitals under the background of the "a hospital with multi-districts",so as to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals. Methods A self-designed structured questionnaire was used to conduct an online survey on the satisfaction of employees and the current status of mass work in the hospital branch,and 150 ques-tionnaires were distributed to employees. Results Taking the satisfaction of medical staff in the hospital branch as an enter point,the Party organizations carried out full-coverage and targeted mass work by constructing a grid manage-ment system. The hospital employees were more satisfied with mass work carried out by the grass roots Party organiza-tions. Conclusion It is suggested to improve the quality of mass work of grassroots Party organizations in branch dis-tricts by improving the mechanism of going deep into the masses,establishing the mechanism of assessment and supervi-sion,improving the mechanism of cultural construction,and improving the professional happiness of medical staff,so as to provide experience for the improvement of the quality of work related to staff and the mass in branch districts of simi-lar public hospitals and the implementation of the "a hospital with multi-districts".
