Research on the Current Situation and Strategy of Hospital-Based Health Technology Assessment in China from the Perspective of Sup-ply and Demand Adaptability
Hospital-Based Health Technology Assessment ( HB-HTA ) can help public hospitals improve the quality of decision-making. Based on the theory of supply and demand adaptation,this study analyzed the current situa-tion and existing problems of supply and demand adaptability of HB-HTA in public hospitals in China from four dimen-sions,such as supply accessibility,supply and demand correlation,supply quality,and supply and demand adaptability. It was proposed to improve the adaptation of HB-HTA supply and demand by establishing evaluation organizations and teams,expanding HB-HTA application scenarios,formulating evaluation norms and establishing a rapid evaluation mechanism,and promoting the transformation and landing of research results,so as to further promote the high-quali-ty development of HB-HTA in public hospitals in China.
