针对现有医技检查预约系统存在的弊端,通过优化系统规则与逻辑算法,实现服务端与院内集成平台对接,设计智能化集中检查预约平台,将31个科室检查资源进行整合.根据自助检查项目、特殊检查项目、专业检查项目的特点,设置多维度运算规则,并简化预约流程为一键预约,实现了统筹安排患者时间,减轻了患者奔波之苦,改善了患者就医体验.
In view of the shortcomings of the existing medical examination appointment system,by optimizing the rule and logic algorithm of the system,the server was connected with the hospital integration platform,the intelligent centralized examination reservation platform was designed to integrate the examination resources of 31 departments. Ac-cording to the characteristics of self-service examination items,special examination items and professional examination items,multi-dimensional operation rules were set up,and the appointment process was simplified to one-click appoint-ment,which could arrange the time of patient as a whole,minimize patients travel and improve the medical experience of patient.
