摘要

针对神经重症患者肠内营养(EN)治疗实施现状,采用课题研究型品管圈活动方法,构建基于营养护理程序和模型的神经重症患者EN治疗模式.围绕EN治疗评估、实施、监测3个维度,拟订对策并实施,包括建立神经重症患者EN治疗团队、搭建神经重症患者EN治疗信息化管理平台、构建神经重症患者EN治疗"6A-TO-SAFE"模式等,显著改善了神经重症患者的EN治疗效果.

Abstract

In view of the current situation of enteral nutrition (EN) treatment in patients with severe neurological diseases,a project research type quality control circle activity method was used to construct an EN treatment mode for the patients based on nutrition care process and model. Around the three dimensions of EN treatment evaluation,implemen-tation and monitoring,countermeasure formulation and implementation were carried out,including the establishment of EN treatment team,the building of information management platform for EN treatment,and the construction of "6A-TO-SAFE" mode for EN treatment,which significantly improved the effect of EN treatment for patients with severe neurological diseases.
