Objective To design the health screening system before blood collection in blood station,and to assist the physical examination doctors in conducting health examination prior to blood donation. Methods According to the national health examination requirements for blood donors,the corresponding classification screening matching rules were formulated for diseases,surgeries,medications,and other relevant categories.The risk screening was conducted on the historical medical diagnosis and medication usage information of blood donors by using the relevant data service pro-vided by the regional universal health information platform. Results The auxiliary software for medical examination before blood donation could effectively trigger the screening matching rules and provide health risk-related tips to doc-tors. Conclusion The system can effectively provide physical examination doctors with auxiliary tools for analysis and judgment,additionally identify the health risks of blood donors,and ensure the health of blood donors and the safety of blood.
