Objective To introduce the " double five return to zero " management method into the management re-view of blood station and improve management level. Methods The decision-making,measures and implementation determined by the management review meeting of the blood station from 2016 to 2021 were classified according to suita-bility,sufficiency and effectiveness,and the retrospective analysis was carried out from two aspects of technology and management according to the " double five return to zero". After the introduction of the method in 2022-2023,the com-parative evaluation was carried out again. Results From 2016 to 2021,there were 98 management review outputs i-tems,of which suitability accounted for 22.45％,sufficiency accounted for 69.39％,effectiveness accounted for 8.16％,and technical events accounted for more (62.24％). After the introduction of the "double five return to zero " management method,the output items of management review from 2022 to 2023 decreased significantly (27 items). The proportion of sufficiency decreased significantly (25.93％),but the proportion of management events increased (66.67％). Conclusion Technology and management were two inseparable parts of management review. The intro-duction of "double five return to zero" management method can promote the construction of blood station quality manage-ment system.
