湖南柿竹园钨锡异步浮选新工艺研究与实践

摘要

不同钨锡矿物的天然可浮性存在差异,在实际生产中无法通过单一浮选体系实现黑白钨矿与锡石的同步富集.针对这一问题,进行了钨锡矿物的浮选行为以及最佳的pH条件的系统研究,提出了钨锡异步浮选新工艺.新工艺被应用于湖南柿竹园多金属矿山,可改善柿竹园钨矿中钨的生产指标,同时兼顾锡石的回收.新工艺实施后钨锡跑尾品位明显降低,W综合回收率由 70.8%提高至 78.79%,Sn回收率由 7.8%提高至 20.84%;产出了含WO3>5%、含Sn>2%的低品位钨锡混合精矿.柿竹园因新工艺的应用实现了锡资源单独形成产品这一重大突破,生产工艺改进取得了较好的效果.该研究对处理复杂钨锡多金属矿石具有较大的借鉴意义.

Abstract

The natural floatability of different tungsten-tin minerals varies,making it impossible to achieve synchronous enrichment of both scheelite and cassiterite using a single flotation condition in actual production.To address this issue,a systematic study on the flotation behavior of tungsten-tin minerals and the optimal pH conditions was conducted,re-sulting in the proposal of a new asynchronous flotation process for tungsten-tin separation.This new process was ap-plied to the Shizhuyuan polymetallic mine in Hunan,significantly improving the tungsten production indices while also enhancing cassiterite recovery.After implementing the new process,the grade of tungsten and tin in the tailings de-creased significantly,with the overall recovery rate of tungsten increasing from 70.8% to 78.79% and the recovery rate of tin increasing from 7.8% to 20.84% .The process produced a low-grade tungsten-tin mixed concentrate containing more than 5% WO3 and more than 2% Sn.This represents a significant breakthrough for Shizhuyuan in producing separate tin products,showing considerable improvement in the production process.The success of this process offers valuable insights for handling complex tungsten-tin polymetallic ores.
