某钨矿基于预选抛废作业的洗矿优化试验及生产实践

采用XNDT-104 全自动智能在线分选机,使用X射线光电选矿技术对某钨矿石进行预先抛废,抛废尾矿品位为 0.035%,作业抛废率 45.07%,精矿品位由 0.228%富集到 0.293%,金属回收率达到 92.18%,预抛废效果明显.但在处理堆存时间长、矿石表面性质发生变化、泥化程度高、含粉矿多的低品位白钨矿时,抛废指标大幅下降,抛废率下降到43.86%,抛废尾矿品位提高到0.046%,金属回收率也下降到90.28%.经分析主要是该矿粉矿较多,易黏附在矿石表面,影响分选机的识别效果;同时因粉矿品位较高,附在废石表面会造成废石品位偏高,影响金属回收率.为解决粉矿问题,采取入选前洗矿作业,后又对喷水装置等进行工艺改进,试验结果表明入选物料洗矿越彻底,取得的指标越优.最终试验结果:抛废尾矿品位降至 0.026%,作业抛废率达 53.29%,精矿品位由0.206%富集到0.412%,金属回收率达到93.298%的优良指标.
Abstract
The XNDT-104 automatic intelligent online sorting machine was applied to pre-dispose the ore using X-ray electro-optical processing technology.The tailings grade was 0.035%,the disposal rate was 45.07%,the concentrate grade was enriched from 0.228% to 0.293%,and the metal recovery rate reached 92.18%,showing significant pre-waste removal effects.However,when dealing with low-grade scheelite ore with long storage time,changing ore surface properties,high degree of slime,and more powdery ore,the waste disposal index decreased significantly.The waste disposal rate decreased to 43.86%,the waste tailings grade increased to 0.046%,and the metal recovery rate decreased to 90.28% .Analysis indicated that the high content of fine ore,which easily adhered to the ore surface,affected the sorting machine's recognition efficiency.Additionally,the high grade of the powder ore adhered to the surface of waste rock can result in high-grade waste rock,negatively impacting the metal recovery rate.To address the problem of fine ore,ore washing operations were carried out before sorting,and process improvements were made to the water spraying device.The test shows that the more thorough the ore washing of the selected material,the better the indices obtained.The final test results showed that the tailings grade dropped to 0.026%,the disposal rate reached 53.29%,the concentrate grade was enriched from 0.206% to 0.412%,and the metal recovery rate achieved a good index of 93.298% .
