钨渣中锡资源回收研究进展

摘要
钨矿冶炼过程中产生大量钨渣,钨渣中含有一定量的有价金属元素锡,因此钨渣可作为回收锡的二次资源,具有回收价值.钨渣中锡回收的研究,一方面有望解决钨渣堆存污染环境的问题;另一方面可以缓解锡精矿日益减少的压力.本文详细阐述了钨渣中锡回收的工艺方法原理,通过对比分析讨论了各种钨冶炼渣中锡回收工艺的优缺点和应用前景.在此基础上展望钨渣中锡回收技术发展方向,为钨渣中锡回收提供思路和技术支撑.
Abstract
Tungsten smelting is accompanied by a large amount of tungsten slag,which contains a certain amount of valuable metal element tin.The recovery of tin from tungsten slag was studied,on the one hand,it can treat the stacked tungsten slag,and reduce its impact on the environment;On the other hand,it can alleviate the decreasing tin concentrate.This paper elaborates on the process methods for recovering valuable metal tin from tungsten slag,sorts out and compares the existing processes for recovering tin from tungsten slag,and looks forward to the development direction of tin recovery technology from tungsten slag.It provides ideas and technical support for tin recovery from tungsten slag.
