摘要
在 W 中加入 Re 产生"铼效应"能够起到提高合金强度、改善合金塑性、降低韧脆转变温度的作用.W-Re合金具有优异的高温力学性能、物理化学性能和耐腐蚀性能,在航空航天、工业生产、武器装备等领域应用广泛.本文从W-Re合金的制备加工、晶体结构、组织性能及应用四个方面,系统阐述了W-Re合金的研究现状,并结合其应用前景对其发展方向进行展望.
Abstract
The addition of Re in W to produce'Re effect'can improve the strength of the alloy,improve the plasticity of the alloy,and reduce the ductile-brittle transition temperature.W-Re alloy has excellent high temperature mechanical properties,physical and chemical properties,corrosion resistance,and is widely used in aerospace,industrial production,weapons and other fields.In this paper,the research status of W-Re alloy is described from four aspects:preparation,crystal structure,microstructure and application,and its development direction is prospected in combination with its application prospect.
