Before 2013 September, USA oil imports is the first in the world, but in 2013 September China net oil imports is more than American monthly net import volume of petroleum in the world. Influence factors to America oil imports are:domestic oil production, non-strategic oil reserves, oil exports, the total number of vehicles, shale oil and gas, GDP, population and other factors, to analyze the various factors data mentioned above using MATLAB software, established the mathematical models between them and America oil imports, it will be better for prediction of America oil imports in order.
