Renal fibrosarcoma:a case report and literature review
Objective To explore the clinical features and protocols for diagnosis and treatment of renal fibrosarcoma.Methods We made a summary To the clinical materials of a patient with renal fibrosarcoma and reviewed the past papers about the renal fibrosarcoma through the PUBMED.Results The patient was performed nephrectomy and the pathology showed renal fibrosarcoma.He was still alive in five months"follow.Up.Conclusions Patients with renal fibrosarcoma always complain lumbago but not macrohematuria.So,it is not easy To diagnose before operation and the final diagnosis depends on the immunohistochemistry.Nephrectomy combined with radiotherapy or chemotherapy is the only effective treatment.
