Effect of residual amount of amniotic fluid, delivering mode and in labor time after premature rupture of membranes for mother and infant
Objective To investigate the effect of residual amount of amniotic fluid, delivering mode and in labor time after premature rupture of membranes for mother and infant. Methods 600 inpatients with premature of membranes after pregnancy 37 weeks were selected. Residual amount of amniotic fluid indexed by B ultrasound. It was divided into two groups if the residual amount of amniotic fluid index ≥5 cm. I -expecting group including Al,Bl,Cland Dl.they were 6 hours,12 hours, 18 hours and 24 hours after membrane rupturing then spontaneous in labor respectively. II -oxytocin group including A2,B2,C2and D2,they were 6 hours,12 hours,18 hours and 24 hours after membrane rupturing then no in labor and using oxytocin respectively. The morbidity was observed such as delivery way, time in labor, fetal distress, puerperal infection, postpartum hemorrhage. Results The risk of mother and infant was lower in II -oxytocin group than I -expecting group(P<0. 05), moreover it was related to time by using oxytocin. Conclusion For pregnant women with nuliparous and cephalic presentation in term and premature of membranes, we can induce labor,if they have no gestational complication and cephalopelvic disproportion so that it can reduce risk of mother and infant then improve the perinatal outcome.
