We deserved postoperative abdominal drainage, fever days and complication rate in the three groups. Results Peritoneal drainage volume in group B and C was less than in group A. The three approaches to liver wounds were no difference in heat days and complication rate. Conclusions The formation of the three methods is in the long process of clinical practice. But each has its own advantages and disadvantages. In the application process, they should be flexibility, but also in combination.
