摘要
目的 探讨变应性肉芽肿性血管炎的发病机制、临床特点、诊断和治疗.方法 对1例变应性肉芽肿性血管炎的临床资料及成立诊断的依据进行分析,并复习相关文献加以探讨.结果 变应性肉芽肿性血管炎临床少见,临床表现复杂多样,极易被误诊.治疗方法主要是皮质类固醇激素和免疫抑制剂.结论 应提高临床医生对变应性肉芽肿性血管炎的识别能力,减少对此病的误诊.
Abstract
Objective To explore the pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and therapy of allergic granulomatous angiitis. Methods The clinicopathological data for diagnosis of allergic granulomatous angiitis were analyzed and the related literatures were reviewed. Results Allergic granulomatous angiitis was a rare disease in cliniclly. The clinical features of allergic granulomatous angiitis were varied and ofen misdiagnosised. The treatments included the administration of corticosteroid hormone and/or immunosuppressants. Conclusion The clinicians should be familiar with this disease in order to minimize the diagnosis of the incidence of misdiagnosis.
