Allergic granulomatous angiitis:a case report and literature review
Objective To explore the pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and therapy of allergic granulomatous angiitis. Methods The clinicopathological data for diagnosis of allergic granulomatous angiitis were analyzed and the related literatures were reviewed. Results Allergic granulomatous angiitis was a rare disease in cliniclly. The clinical features of allergic granulomatous angiitis were varied and ofen misdiagnosised. The treatments included the administration of corticosteroid hormone and/or immunosuppressants. Conclusion The clinicians should be familiar with this disease in order to minimize the diagnosis of the incidence of misdiagnosis.
