Application of evidence based nursing in management of respiratory tract of patients after cardiac surgery
Objective To explore the application effects of evidence-based nursing in management of respiratory tract of patients after cardiac surgery. Methods Nursing questions were collected from 489 patients after cardiac surgery from June 2009 to June 2010 through employing evidence-based nursing care. The relevant literature was reviewed systematically based on nursing questions. Effective nursing measures were summarized by combining clinical effectiveness and practicability with routine methods. Results None of 489 cases developed respiration complications after cardiac surgery. Conclusion Based on valuable and reliable scientific research,evidence-based nursing care is used to find the problem and analyze evidence. The optimal nursing by utilizing evidence can improve the quality of nursing for patients after cardiac surgery.
