Primary CD30 positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma 1 case report and literature review
Objective:To explore the histologic and immunohistochemical features of Primary CD30 positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma ( ALCL). Methods In the research of Primary CD30 positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma, paraffin sections were stained with histochemical and immunolistochemical techniques and the related literature was reviewed. Results ALCL showed distinctive morphological features and immunophenotype, including CD30+ , CD3+ , CD45RO+ , CD43+ , and vimentin + . Conclusions ALCL was rare; it showed distinctive morphological features and immunophenotype, and ifs necessary to differentiate from other type of lymphoma.
