Application of clinical nursing path in health education of elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage
Objective To observe the effects of clinical nursing path on elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups randomly. The observation group adopt clinical nursing path, while the control group received traditional health education. The two groups were compared on mastery of health knowledge, situation of emotional stability and satisfaction degree to the nursing quality. Results After receiving health education, mastery of health knowledge, situation of emotional stability and satisfaction degree to nursing quality in the observation group were better than those-in the control group (P< 0. 01). Conclusions The clinical nursing path is effective in the health education of elderly patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. It can enable the patients to master the knowledge comprehensively, systematically and effectively, improve their satisfaction to the quality of nursing and optimize the psychological condition.
