Meta analysis of xiyanping Injection in diarrheal treatment
Objective We sought to synthesize the avalilable evidence on the effectiveness and adverse reaction of Xiy-anping ingection for treating diarrheal. Methods Predefined literature evaluating criteria was used to select studies, retrieve database, and then collect related literatures about Xiyanping injection's effect and adverse reaction during 2000 to 2009. Using Meta Analysis reported the outcome of results. Results The Xiyanping injection is more effective than other treants in clinic. The total relative risk is 0. 28, The 95% confidence interval is 0. 21 to 0. 38. Adverse reaction in treating process should be further investigated. Conclusions Xiyanping injection is notably superior to conventional techniques and should be considerd as effective traent for patents with diarrheal.
