骨炎宁颗粒的研制与临床应用

摘要
目的 探讨骨炎宁颗粒的制备方法及其临床疗效.方法 按处方制备成颗粒剂,对其进行定性、定量检测,观察其外观与稳定性并用之治疗骨髓炎患者以观察临床效果.结果 骨炎宁颗粒性质稳定；薄层色谱中,供试品溶液色谱在与对照药材色谱相应位置上出现相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照无干扰；绿原酸的含量在4.45～4.50 mg之间;临床有效率为97.3％,优于对照组(82.9％).结论 骨炎宁制备工艺可行,质量可控制,其临床疗效比较满意.
Abstract
Objective To study the preparation process and clinical application of Guyanning Granules. Methods To prepare Guyanning granules, to do qualitative and quantitative detection. The appearance stability and clinical effects were evaluated, and the clinical effects were observed for treating osteomyelitis. Results The quality control of Guyanning Granules was promising. Spots obtained from the test solutions had the same colour in reference solution and medical material in the same location, and the blank solution had no interference, the content of chlorogenic acid was 4. 45 ~ 4. 50 mg. Its clinical effects were better than those in the control group. Conclusions The preparation process of Guyanning Granules is practicable, the method of quality control is reliable and its clinical effects are good.
