依达拉奉联合血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘要
目的 比较应用依达拉奉联合血塞通注射液与单用血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效.方法 将周口市川汇区中医院内科2007-06-2010-06期间住院治疗的124例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(依达拉奉联合血塞通组)62例和对照组(血塞通组)62例,比较两组患者治疗14 d后的疗效.结果 两组的治疗结果对比,治疗组总有效率88.7％,对照组总有效率66.1％,依达拉奉联合血塞通组总有效率明显高于单一血塞通组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 依达拉奉联合血塞通注射液治疗急性脑梗死比单用血塞通注射液效果更理想,能有效改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损.
Abstract
Objective To compare the curative effects of acute cerebral infarctionwith edaravone injection combined with xueshuantong injection and only with Xueshuantong injection. Method 124 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hosptial from June 2007 to June 2010 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The clinical efficacy were observed and also had a comparative study after 14 days treatment. Result The Cure rate is 88. 7% in Combined therapy group and 66.1% in control group. Comparing with the two groups, the cure rate is significantly better, and the negative effect is significantly smaller (P<0. 05). Conclusion The curative effects of edaravone combined with Xueshuantong injection in treating cerebral infarction and promoting neurological recovery is more effective,and the efficiency is significantly improved
