Infludence of fat emulsion on blood cell CBC parameters and Diff classification parameters analysis
Objective To observe influence of emulsion on the analysis results of blood cells. Methods Blood sample from healthy volunteer and normal saline were mixed with fat emulsion at a schedule proportion in vitro. Serial concentrations of blood fat emulsion mixture and saline intralipid mixture were determined with blood ceil analyzers. The CBC parameters and Diff classification parameters were analyzed. Results CBC parameters and MON% in Diff classification of blood fat emulsion mixture gradually elevated with the increasing of emulsion concentration while LYMPH % in Diff classification parameter declined. At he sime time, WBC, HGB and PLT-O in salme-lntralipid mixture increased significantly. Conclusions Various datas of the blood cell analyzer can be disturbed by fat emulsion in blood samples and the questionable samples can be screened by scatterplot
