The clinical application of interventional therapy of integrating traditional and western medicine in the treatment of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after inferior vena cava filter placement
Objective Discuss the value of interventional therapy of integrating traditional and western medicine in the treatment of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after inferior vena cava filter placement. Methods Fifty-six cases of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis patients who had definite symptoms, clinical signs and approved by color Doppler Ultrasound or angiography were collected, and were randomly divided into treatment group (28 cases) and control group (28 cases). All patients with acute deep vein thrombosis received anticoagulant therapy after implantation of inferior vena cava filter. The treatment group received thrombolytic therapy after intubation or thrombolytic therapy dorsal limb and combined with Chinese medicine for oral drugs and topical drugs; the control group received thrombolytic therapy after intubation or thrombolytic therapy dorsal limb. Results According to the evaluation result of vascular patency, the vascular patency of the treatment group was higher than control group. Follow-up visit's results showed the efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0. 01). No pulmonary embolism and hemorrhage occurred during the procedure of thrombolysis. Conclusions Interventional therapy of integrating traditional and western medicine in the treatment of acute lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after inferior vena cava filter placement brings good result and can reinforce the curative effect.
