同型半胱氨酸与急性脑梗死的相关性研究

目的 探讨血清中同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的水平与急性脑梗死的关系.方法 运用流行病学病例对照的研究方法,检测85例急性脑梗死患者及49例健康者的同型半胱氨酸浓度,并同时测定体质指数及相关临床生化指标.结果 急性脑梗死患者的Hcy平均水平[(23.96±1.22)μmol/L]明显高于对照组[(15.07±0.50) μmol/L](P<0.05).急性脑梗死组收缩压、舒张压、血糖平均水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但与同型半胱氨酸水平无相关性.结论 同型半胱氨酸是脑梗死的独立危险因素之一,为脑梗死的早期干预和治疗提供了新的靶点.
Relationship between homocysteine levels and acute cerebral infarction
Objective To investigate the relationship of serum homocysteine (Hey) levels and acute cerebral infarction. Methods Case control study methods was used in the text. The homocysteine concentration was detect in 85 cases of acute cerebral infarction and 49 healthy persons. Bbody mass index .clinical and biochemical indicators were also measured. Results Hey levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction[(23. 96±1. 22) μmol/L] were significantly higher than the control[( 15. 07±0. 50) /imol/L] (P<0. 05). Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure, blood glucose levels in acute cerebral infarction group were also significantly higher than the control(P<0.05). But these were not related to homocysteine levels. Conclusion Homocysteine is an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction, which may be a new target for early intervention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
